The Old Manor Hotel is a comfortable privately owned hotel, in the attractive, 500 year old former manor house. The hotel enjoys a quiet central location, overlooking the fine parish church, just 5 minutes walk from the centre.
With your comfort and enjoyment in mind, all the bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard. All our bedrooms are individually designed and furnished and many feature medieval oak-beamed ceilings and walls. All rooms have en suite shower or bathrooms and the in-room facilities that you would expect in a luxury hotel. The decor is individual, rich and earthy throughout, but the overriding emphasis is on comfort within an atmosphere of relaxed friendliness.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All of our rooms are individually decorated, so style details vary. All double rooms have double beds, the listed facilities and en suites with showers or baths.
In addition to the facilities already listed (see below), all single rooms have double beds, an en suite shower and a colour TV.
There will be an automatic upgrade to a luxury room if there is one available (each day from 16:30). Please note that we cannot guarantee availability.

From a6 North. Proceed into town centre. At the traffic lights by MacDonald's, turn left into Baxter Gate. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Sparrow Hill. Drive into the first opening on the right hand side. From A6 South Proceed to town centre. At the traffic lights past the Ramada Hotel, turn right into Baxter Gate. Then proceed as above. From M1. Junction 23 Head towards Loughborough (A512). At the second large roundabout turn right onto Epinal Way. At roundabout turn left onto Forest Road. Follow signs for Nottingham. Cross A6 at traffic lights. At traffic lights by the Happy Apple greengrocer go straight ahead. Drive into the first opening on the right hand side.
